Can you please suggest me a good graphics card for my intel pentium dual core?

I know my processor is old, but i dont have a money yet to upgrade it so my first option is upgrading my graphics card to run my pc smoothly, i want to play ace online world of tanks and warthunder.. But since this wot and warthunder are heavy graphic games my pc goes so laggy ans choppy.. Can you please suggest me a good graphics card for my pc? My first choice is the afox gt730 ddr5 128bit or the radeon hd 7670.. Are these 2 graphics card good for my pc? Any suggestions and answer would be much appreciated

well looking at passmark score the GT 730 score 920 and the HD 7670 scores 1011, so the later would be better.

So what is the make and model of your power supply,. rather critical in your decision, as the GT 730 needs 300W, the HD7670 requires 400W
