Assassin's Creed 4 is going to be a hard no and Sleeping Dogs and Mafia II might only barely get 30FPS at lowest settings at 1024x768 resolution. Only having 2GB of RAM is going to be a serious hindrance, especially since your integrated graphics has to share in that RAM pool.
