Is a 450W power supply enough for this build?

GPU: Asus GeForce GTX 1060 Dual 3G
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z370 AORUS Gaming K3
CPU: Intel i5-8400 Coffee Lake
RAM: Ballistix Sport LT DDR4 2 x 4 GB 2666Mhz

Would a 450W power supply be enough to power this build and would it still be enough if I want to upgrade? If not what would be a good power supply?

Its enough for your current build provided its a good quality PSU.

Without knowing your upgrade plans it's hard to tell. However, I recently went with an EVGA SuperNOVA 650W to future proof and I'm quite happy.
