EVGA 600b psu fan not spinning

I recently just bought a new Evga 600b psu for a build and I noticed that the fan for it does not spin. Is something wrong with it?

Not sure what that model does but some PSUs only spin up when a certain load is placed on it (eg. if over 30% load on a 600w psu).
Run an intenisve game or software (that draws a lot of power) and see if its spins up. If not, the psu is faulty you should return it.
