Graphics card won't display after upgrading cpu

I recently got a new Intel i5-7500 and after putting that in and updating the bios, my graphics card stopped displaying anything, but I can still use the integrated graphics on the motherboard to look at the bios and start windows. When I go into the device manager it doesn't detect my gpu and I can only find it after showing the hidden devices. My friend recommended updating the drivers but I don't know if I can. I already uninstalled the drivers and downloaded the new ones. All of the lights on the graphics card still turn on so it's getting power, and the monitor gets a signal, but it still doesn't display anything. It's also worth noting that the EZ Debug VGA light on the motherboard turns on for about 4 seconds while booting up and then turns off.

Solution
Test the rx 470 in your friend PC, if it works fine, and your CX 550W PSU maybe have problem to handle the new CPU + rx 470.
