Recently I noticed that my pc has an issue where whenever I start it up, it will take like 5 minutes to get into the desktop. I have Windows 10 on a ssd so I'm used to getting in within 30 seconds.

Here's what happens-
If I start up my pc it will get to the splash screen ( the screen where it says "Press F2 or Del for UEFI or BIOS")
Then it will freeze or take forever to load. I think about 5 minutes. I heard that this could be a problem with the motherboard dying or something. I'm worried about this though because I already RMA'd it through ASRock before for another issue. I should have gotten a better board honestly but is there something else that could cause it?
I also have another issue. Sometimes there will be a beep that comes from my pc as well. It will usually do it for some time and then go away after a while so I really don't know what it is.

CPU- Intel i7 6700k
Motherboard- ASRock Z170A‑X1/3.1
Ram- Gskill 16gb 2x8gb 3000mhz
SSD- Some Sandisk extreme 240gb.
Let me know if there's something else you need to know

I don't really know how to clear it or turn that on.
