Hello we are living upstair and we connect wire to the basement to have
Internet connection...the pldt modem is on the basement... can we have signal on the third floor if we use a rooter connecting wire to the basement....

Are you looking for a wired or wireless connection for your second and third floor are?
You can get a network switch if you want wired connectivity for your devices.
You can also get a wireless access point (not Wireless Extender) that you can place on areas of your home that needs wireless connection
