Overclocking AMD Athlon X4 620 processor

Hello there overclockers
I want to overclock my processor to just 3 GHz
My system specs-
Motherboard - Gigabyte M61PME-S2P
Processor - AMD Athlon II X4 620 2.6 GHz
Ram - Kingston 2Gb DDR2 (400MHz)
CPU Cooler - built in (Don't know)

Please help. I am extremely new to overclocking

BUT why?
These parts are so extremely old that the 3GHZ is even not necessary. I will suggest you to get atleast 6GB ram and a dedicated GPU.

For your motherboard i should do the FSB to 240 and the Vcore to 1.4000 for...

For your motherboard i should do the FSB to 240 and the Vcore to 1.4000 for the first time and do some benchmarks or stresstest for your CPU after it completed without blue screens or random shutoff or reboots i should to lower the Vcore to 1.3750.
