Updating bios for raven ridge Ryzen 3 2200g processor

Hi folks,
I've run into a problem with my new ASUS b350f strix mobo, i bought Ryzen 3 2200g and this mobo together and i read somewhere that i first need to flash the bios to latest version before i can use the processor, plz tell me how can i do it, i live in india and its impossibe for me to contact AMD to send me a boot up kit. help me out.

If it's not already updated, you need a temporary, compatible CPU to update BIOS. How to do it ? It's all in the MB manual. Contact the store or seller and see if it's already up to date ( compatible BIOS came out couple of month ago) or if they can do it for you, it should be their responsibility anyway.
