My 2TB internal HDD is too slow

Towards the end of last year i bought a 2TB hardrive for mass storage but it is extremely slow its slower then my external 1TB HDD I have tried reformating it 3 times to make it faster with no success it is partitioned into 1TB and into what ever is remaing but even when it is not partiotioned it is still extremely slow

I did reformat the hardrive agian because it was taking 10 or more minutes just loading up a game example Battlfeild 4
Its faster now but i only have two games on it taking up 88gbs all together but i don't want to out anymore files incase it goes super slow again

Can you show HDtune health section?
Were any downloads running on that drive during benchmarking?
Is there anything else on that drive (other than 2 games)?
Is system protection turned on for that drive (Control Panel/System/System Protection)? You should disable it on non-OS drives.

No downloads or programs were running on the drive at the time
The only things on that drive is Battlefeild 4, Planetside 2 and the steam folder planet side 2 is installed in
and system protection is off on that drive

Health looks good.
Only explanation for such performance issues would be some background disk activity going on.

Can you check it with Resource Monitor?
Open Disk tab, Disk Activity section, order it by column Total, make file names fully visible and
post screenshot.
It should look similar to this:

It does seemed to haver calmed down since i reformated it agian altough idk how long it will last.

Thank you for helping though if anything derastically changes ill pm you or post on here agian
