bought ryzen 2400g from retail . he updated the motheboard(asus prime b350m-k) and then installed the apu and started the pc and got the display perfectly well.
then i brought it home and now it shows no signal .
i then used an old gpu to see if the cable is the problem , but with old gpu and the ryzen apu on the mobo it started with no problems .
I want to know what is the problem and why there is no display with the apu itself.
How can i use the vega gpu in ryzen 2400g ?

If they had it working at the store, it sounds like an assembly issue. Have you confirmed that you've connected the 12V power supply near the CPU socket? It's an 8 pin connection above and to the left of the CPU socket. Make sure you connect the 'CPU Power' from your power supply, not the 'PCIe Power' (it won't fit). If that's connected, try removing the motherboard from the case, set it on the box it came in with the anti-static bag between the motherboard and the box. It if won't run on that, something's happened to it in transport.
If it does run outside of the case, then it's a mounting issue. You've either forgot to install the brass motherboard risers, or you've installed too many creating an electrical short. There should only be motherboard risers where there are screw holes on the board, nowhere else.

Hope that helps ;)

no beeps or any trouble codes , when it starts fan moves fine and it stays on .
I am using a d-sub 15 vga cable to connect to monitor . tell me if you want the picture of the cable .
Also i dont think the monitor or cable have any problem (cause it started fine with display when i used a graphics card .)

OK i will check and reply you back . But when i used an old card(hd 5450) the display started fine with no boot problem and no problem with the cpu either. also the store staff assembled and installed the OS and then we brought it home so nothing was changed in the mobo, but i will check it and tell you

Check the images above and tell me which one do you want me to check.
the gpu that i am currently using is radeon hd 5450 for display .
Also the guy at store assembled the system , checked it , loaded OS and we brought it straight , so nothing was
removed/changed inside the case.

it is solved now . I reset the pc and then reinstalled the windows 10 OS .
after that it automatically installed and updated the ryzen vega 11 graphics .
But another problem the memory of the graphics is set to 256 mb only and while booting up it is directly showing windows 10 loading screen , skipping the bios screen . I've tried pressing f2 continuously while it boots up but then display never comes . so can anyone help me to enter the bios screen or change the graphics memory .
thanks for answering .
