PSU is on the older end, even for a good PSU 5 years is about what you could expect most PSUs to live for. If you have a spare 450 or 500w PSU lying around, even if it's a cheap one, it would be worth swapping just to see if you don't crash after a while. It would also be worth spending some money on a cheap PSU just to test to see if it's really the problem.

Cheap PSUs aren't good in the long run, so you may have to find one second hand or just buy the cheapest one that will support your hardware for testing.

My first guess would be high temperature, but you have already checked that. Are you overclocking? I would clear the CMOS and restore the bios to factory default and see if the problem continues.

The PSU may be failing or there could be a short in the mobo somewhere. Since your mobo is new and your PSU is 5 years old, I would look at the PSU first.

Try using another or borrow one from a friend. If you or your friends don't have a spare, buy one from a vendor with a good return policy. Hook it up and see if it works. If it does, then your good to go. If it does not, then send the new PSU back and look at your mobo.

That would be fine for testing but definitely don't use that for any longer than a couple of months while you wait for a new PSU, if that ends up being the problem. VS-series PSUs are made for office-style PCs with either no GPU or a very low end one. Just as a warning :p

yea i know it is a bad psu and not for gaming pc i will just test it in normal use and this is the problem i will buy a new psu immediately...but i saw the cable that is connected to the back of the psu was not in the right position i pushed it and for now pc didnt turned off maybe that was the problem but for sure i will have in my mind to upgrade my psu with a new one soon

Sounds like you may have solved your own problem. lol

I have found, that most of the times that I have an issue with a PC, it is an error that I made and not a hardware malfunction.
