Hey everyone,

So on two of my work computers, I'm unable to access the aforementioned sites, but my other three computers have no issues. The requests time out when trying to load them. However, I can access every other site without issue. Strangely enough, I tried doing a ping test to Google, GMail and YouTube via the Command Prompt, and experienced no packet loss. The pings were successful. I also tried:

  • ■Incognito Window
    ■Different Browser (Microsoft Edge)
    ■Turning off Windows Firewall
■Setting Windows Defender Cloud Protection to "High" via Group Policy Editor
    ■Restarting the PC
■Manually setting Google's DNS in the properties for my connection (setting 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4)
    ■flushing the DNS
■connecting to the site via IP address instead of URL/web address
    ■Creating a new host file
Update: Here's a screenshot of a tracet command

Here's a screenshot of successful ping commands

Using Google Chrome. Both PCs are Windows 10 Pro, Build 16299. Both are also connected via WiFi. However, 2 of the other that are working are connected via WiFi as well.

It's also worth noting that we did experience a power outage earlier today/last night due to a snowstorm, but all PCs were turned off prior to leaving the office on Tuesday night.

Thanks in advance, let me know if you have any questions.

Whoops, forgot to include that. Google Chrome. I've also tried Microsoft Edge.

Which antivirus software you got? Like Malwarebytes, Avast and etc.?
Some suggest factory reset the router,
Some suggest trying to disable windows firewall (just for testing purpose),
"The problem is solved. It was the IPv4 SPI Firewall Protection enabled in the router, I disabled it and now I have no more problems. I don't know what that specific website is dealing with, but now it's all ok."

Ill update in a minute...

Have you tried using working wifi adapter with pc that doesnt work?
Which brands are they?
Some suggest reset TCP/IP i've done this like, 6 years ago, im not sure about commands..
Try (without "") in command prompt (as admin) "netsh int ip reset c:\reset.txt"

Sorry if i might be wrong about questions or possible solutions :)

I don't have any AntiVirus, just Windows Defender. I've tried changing the cloud settings, explained in my original post.

I have also tried disabling the Windows Firewall temporarily, also noted in my original post.

I have not tried resetting the router yet.

The WiFi adapters are internal. They are all HP All-in-Ones (though different models, but two that are the exact same, one is working and the other isn't.

*UPDATE*

So, apparently the router has two accesspoints. One is the default connection that's called "FiOS and some numbers/letters, and the other is apparently an access point of that. The two wireless computers that don't work have this issue when connected to the access point, but not when connected to the FiOS connection. How odd. Mine (which is hardwired) also does not work with the access point, but does work with the FiOS connection. Hmm.
