I can't figure it out.

I've tried cleaning/re-applying thermal paste at least 3 times now, I've checked all of my fans and they're good, I've also cleaned my computer with an air can twice now, I've even tried reseating my RAM and nothing seems to work.

One day I turned my computer one and while IDLE, it gradually achieves 85-90c temperatures and the fans kick on to 100%, thus making tons of noise.

I have a Kraken x62 on an i7 6770k.

Can anyone help me out with ANY ideas?

EDIT: I actually MAY know the cause. Checking my CAM program for the CPU and such, it looks like my pump is not working anymore, see link:

Could this be the case?

Solution
Yeah, pump failure seems to be a relatively common occurrence on all-in-one liquid coolers. Those should have a pretty good multi-year warranty, but you will need to use something else in the mean time.
