GPU doesn't connect with monitor

Like the title above, I brought myself a GTX 1050ti and inserted into the PCIe 3.0, I plugged my HDMI cable into the GPU and it shows nothing but blue screen. How could I fix this? Your help would be appreciated
PS:
I'm using H61M-E Socket 1155 Motherboard
