Okay so I got a new MSI Radeon Rx570 8gb and i'll give you some details about my pc i have 550w power supply i7-2600 and Patriot Memory 8GB DDR3 1600 Extreme Performance Viper 3 Series Kit, Mobo b75-d3v, win10 pro x64, Yeah so i got all these and sometimes when i play games it's lagging i've been asking and searching a lot about this problem can't fix it, in the beginning i thought it's my operating system i reformatted my win10 and still the same don't know what to do? If anyone has any possible solutions please help me out. Thank you! :)

harounwilliam What precisely do you mean by game lagging? Are they stuttering, or at a lower FPS than you anticipated with this GPU upgrade? Could you please name the main game(s) that you play? You're now using a RX 570, but what GPU did you upgrade from? Is your i7-2600 overclocked or at stock speeds?

addendum: Ignore my last inquiry about overclocking. Clearly you're not doing that with a B75 chipset.

I mean some games freezes up a bit like ( Csgo,Team Fortress 2) when i start a game dont why? i upgraded from GT 710 to Rx570.

I do not know what is causing your issue. However, were it my system, I would do the following:

Open task manager, and set to "always on top". Then I would run a game and see what my CPU utilization is at. If high then I would download and run HWmonitor and re-check CPU utilization and also temps, while playing one of the aforementioned games. Then report both figures back to this thread.

Install latest firmware for Gigabyte GA-B75-D3V, if not updated already: https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-B75-D3V-rev-10#support-dl

Windows defender: I would fully update Windows 10, then temporarily disable Windows Defender or any anti-virus/trojan/malware software to see if it's the cause.

different ram brand / timing: Do you have one or two RAM sticks installed? If two, are they different brands and/or timings?

connectivity: Wired via Ethernet, or Wi-Fi? If Wi-Fi, is it using 5 GHz spectrum?

hdd fragmentation: If using a hard disk drive, and not SSD, for storage, I would administrative run: chkdsk /r from the command prompt. After that's completed I would download and run defraggler, to minimize any data fragmentation on the drive.

Question: Just out of curiosity, what is the brand and model of both your HDD and your power supply? This question is purely out of my own curiosity.

i'm using ssd for the operating system, and hdd for the games and other files, and i have two rams and both of my ram are the same brand, i'm on Wi-Fi using 5GHZ, i'm not using any anti-virus/trojan/malware software, My windows is updated and my mobo is also updated so don't know where's the problem.
