A few questions about 4770K Overclocking

So, after running a few with my 4770K @ 4.2ghz with 1.195v (nothing else touched) I decided it's due time to try at least 4.5Ghz.

Currently these are the settings:

Core 4.4Ghz on a Corsair H110i GT AIO WC
Ring at 4.0ghz (Default is 3.9Ghz I believe)

Vcore 1.250
Ring voltage 1.2v
System Agent Offset +0.250
IO and Analog input offset +0.195
Ram is running a 2400mhz using XMP profile, timings at rated speeds. 1.65v

So overall, it seems pretty stable, so far ran 2 hours on Aida64 without crashes. I checked the temps on Aida64 and HWMonitor and they diverge quite a bit while stressing, aida reads 75 under stress all the time, while HWMonitor swiftly changes between 60~79 peaking at 81C so i'm guessing aida is just giving me an overall reading, is that alright?

While gaming i get about ~65C depending on the CPU load e.g. voxel deformation on some games makes it peaks at 71-72C for a brief while. Regardless, are these temps and volts good for 24/7 as it is? I do plan to lower them over time, wich begs the question, should i lower just vcore and leave the rest as it is or vice versa? also, out of curiosity, does increments of 0.01 make any difference? the readings on HWMonitor on Vcore shows no difference with 0.01 increments, mostly only when change 0.05 straight away instead, but a 1.245V caused me one BSOD while gaming.

Finally, seems like either my chip isn't really gold or it's something else, but I cannot run 4.5Ghz at these settings, it will BSOD right on windows welcome screen and I wouldn't dare upping Vcore at this point, anything else i could do to attempt 4.5Ghz?
