Irregular Issue I'm Experiencing After Installing SSD

I'm not exactly sure what the problem is exactly, so hopefully when I describe what is happening, I'll get something. I can't seem to find this exact issue anywhere else, like on here or with YouTube videos, it seems to only just be me experiencing it.

Anyway, what I'm dealing with is non-responsive screens, and apparently the light for my HDD or storage, the LED, isn't flashing. The computer is completely on, but it seems nothing else is responding. I usually wait for about 12~ hours for the computer to start working again. But now it's been going on for 3 days, and nothing is working.

This started happening when I installed a new SSD. What I did exactly was delete everything off of my old HDD, and reinstalled Windows 10 on my SSD. I then reinstalled all the necessary drivers onto my HDD (Yes, I'm using that as a second storage), and used my SSD as my main boot up for Windows 10. After that huge sacrifice, this problem came about. Again, as stated above, the screens are completely non-responsive when I turn on the computer, the LED for the storage beeps (lights up) for a few seconds, but then stops completely.
The irregularity of this whole thing is when my computer ACTUALLY does turn on after I leave it alone for a bit. The screens work, the computer completely boots up with the HDD & SSD light flashing. Although, the CPU fan starts to run really hard, and after about 3~ minutes or so of usage, I get the blue screen.
The error I get is: system service exception ks.sys
After all of that, the computer goes back to its regular cycle, where everything goes null and nothing responds.
If you guys need specs, I'll post them in a comment. For now, just looking for help.

I should also state, I can't enter BIOS when the computer is locked up as is. I have to wait until that next 'window' or opportunity opens to be able to work with anything.
