I am attempting to put together a new gaming pc. I ordered the items below:

Thermaltake G21 Dual Tempered Glass SPCC ATX Mid Tower Tt LCS Certified Gaming Computer Chassis CA-1I4-00M1WN-00
MSI ATX Motherboard Motherboards Z370-A PRO
Intel BX80684I38350K 8th Gen Core i3-8350K Processor
Cooler Master Hyper D92 - CPU Air Cooler with Dual 92mm Offset Push-Pull Fans and Accelerated Cooling System
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 DRAM 2666MHz (PC4 21300) C16 Desktop Memory Kit - Black (CMK16GX4M2A2666C16)
Gigabyte Geforce GTX 1060 G1 Gaming Gv-N1060G1GAMING-6Gd REV2 Graphics Cards Graphic Cards GV-N1060G1GAM-6GD R2
Crucial BX300 240GB 3D NAND SATA 2.5 Inch Internal SSD - CT240BX300SSD1
EVGA 650 GQ, 80+ GOLD 650W, Semi Modular, EVGA ECO Mode, 5 Year Warranty, Power Supply 210-GQ-0650-V1

I assembled everything without any issues. Now when I power up the pc all the fans (2 cpu, 1 system) start running, and then the EZ-Debug Led just blinks between the cpu/ram.
Config 1: original mobo, original cpu:
- pulled rams and inserted them again (DIMMA2/DIMMB2). --> Ram fixed, only cpu led lit up.
- disassembled cooler, and pulled cpu --> found some minor scratches on the bottom of the cpu
Config 2: original mobo, new (2nd) cpu:
- EZ-Debug LED for the cpu is still lit up.
- checked the mobo again, and found bend connections/pins on socket( no idea how I missed that the first time).
Config 3: new mobo, 2nd cpu:
- EZ-Debug LED for cpu and ram lit up.
- removed rams, and reinserted them, then used only one single stick at the time (DIMMA2). Swapped both sticks in case one was bad.

I am at a loss. I now have a new motherboard and cpu, and the pc still will not run. Any help and suggestions are welcomed. I hope I can resolve this issue with your help.

wow i am at a loss. you tried 2 mobos and 2 cpus and nothing works.... then my only guess would be you have terrible luck and the second cpu/mobo are bad OR its the ram or PSU...

sorry to hear you having such a bad problem, keep us posted.

Neither the second set of motherboard nor cpu seem damaged. The mobo socket surface as well as the bottom of the cpu look pristine. I guess I can replace the PSU and the ram, and see if that helps. I never ran into these kind of problems putting a pc together. Quite discouraging. I am already pondering to return everything, and just buy a pre-build system.
I will keep you posted.

I removed the graphic card, and started the system up with just one ram stick, still no change.
I do not know what else to do. I basically replaced all major components, but still get the same error.
