Hey,

So after a windows update my pc was not turning on and it was in an endless loop of the "Welcome" screen. I could not do a safe boot cause windows 10 is really good, thanks MS. I tried to go for a secure boot which I figured was pretty much the same, since the manual had no documentation at all on it I went for it.

Now after doing so it is stuck in an endless loop of not posting whatsoever. It turns on, there are 4 red LEDs which post but when it goes to the 4th one it restarts it all, it says "CPU" on my manual.

Now I don't know if I fucked up my cpu or not or if I there is anyway to even fix this at all.

Motherboard is Gigabyte Z270X-Gaming K5.

Any help?

You will probably get more and better advice if you repost this into a Windows 10 forum as it sounds to me like yours became corrupted during the update. You may need to do a recovery or repair install using Windows 10 media, they'll have advice on how to do that and how to download an image and create the disk if you don't have one.
