I have 32gb ram only 16gb showing msi970 mb amd fx 8350 cpu

ok ive had this problem for awhile everything runs great im just trying to figure out why im only showing 16gb in my system properties and no it doesn't say 16 usable. i checked msconfig and its unticked i looked up the specs of the cpu and mb and they are both compatible for 32gb how do i fix this issue???

All sticks from one set?

You could make a system overview so we know what the ram is running at,maybe even what ram is used so maybe voltages can be changed,speed adjusted or latencies could be altered.

download hwinfo,
install and open it=click run,
close the top window which is the system summary,
in the main window at the left top click "save report",
at the bottom of the next window check "short text report",
after that you'll see what's in the pc,
copy by clicking "copy to clipboard" and rightclick+paste in your next respons
