Air Conditioner doesn't cool to a lower temperature

I just installed a Samsung Air Conditioner in my room. It is Samsung AR12KCFQCWQ 1.5Hp Split Air Conditioner. After installation, the temperature of the Air conditioner moved from 34 degrees to 28 degrees and stopped moving even though I've set it to cool mode at 17 degrees. Its been at 28 degrees for about 2 hours now. Please help me out. What's wrong and what should I do?

Someone came to install it. I think he did all those processes. The room is a single room measurement so I think 1.5Hp is even a bigger capacity for the room. When the AC is on, it cools the room but only to 28 degrees

The room is 13 ft sq and the air coming out is cold but not at a lower temperature even if it's been on for 2 hours. It stays at 28 degrees and never goes down. Its been set to cooling mode
