Ok, I'll put it another way. There's absolutely no way this pc was not overclocked to the gills. Anything less than extreme OC simply isn't worth the expense (and a full custom loop can cost more than the rest of the pc). So it's a given that this pc has been pushed, and hard. Just exactly how much life is left, how much damage is done. Was the FCL even done right or is it prone to leaks at the slightest jar.

It's a can of worms I wouldn't pay for.

That build is all wrong. Full custom loop, top line Haswell cpu, 850w monster psu, high rated motherboard made for high OC, everything about that pc screams high end gaming monster. And it's got a single gtx1060.
Guaranteed that pc had some serious gpu hardware, sli gtx980ti on water blocks or similar, and the owner kept the gpus, threw in something workably cheap, and is now dumping the lot to get a much smaller and easier pc to maintain and use (full towers are huge and take up a lot of desktop real-estate).

You'd get all the benefits of a good cpu able to OC, and with that gpu, none of the benefits of using it for anything other than standard 1080p.

It's only a bargain to the seller.

I'm not too bothered on the gtx 1060. I can always upgrade in the future. I was just wondering would this build be worth buying as I will be using this for the next 3/4 years. Also, what sort of maintenance would I need to apply?

I have plenty of space on my desk.
