I recently got a AMD A10-9700 and I was hoping if they will be compatible with each other. I currently have Radeon R7 integrated graphics. Please could any experts list any other good GPUs that will significantly improve my FPS in certain games such as Overwatch and Fortnite. Thanks all!

yes, and dont forget Fortnite csgo league dota are all really cpu cpu intensive games.
your graphics card will certainly boost your peformance but not as much as a new cpu.
My suggestion would be a i3 8100+ z370+ 2x4(or8) ddr4 2666 or 3000mhz ram.

Well, since you already got that cpu.... feel free to buy gtx 1050, your gaming experience will be much better than with sole apu, i have simillar cpu Athlon 760k (fm2+) and in some cases it sucks (Arma3) but overall it does play games. Good thing you have am4 mbo so you can upgrade to real ryzen cpu down the road
