Can't find reason for regular random restarts.

Hello, so maybe 3 weeks back I made a thread. Where I had the problem of random restarts in the span of every 2-4 days. Now this happens regularly , in between that span of days.
Here is the log in System Logs : https://imgur.com/a/b8NV6

In the previous thread someone stated it could be either RAM or PSU, so initially i went to test the RAM first. I ran memtest and it gave me errors, so they replaced my ram for completely new set.
My new ram arrived on tuesday and it worked fine up until now(saturday)...
Therefore, I think I can exclude the RAM causing the problem.

Things I have done so far to try and fix it :
-update bios
-changed faulty ram
-update all drivers (update windows)
-cable management is great
-doesn't overheat
-changed poweroutlet
-changed power strip
-replugged in all the cables on the mobo , 24pin etc

Is there anyway to diagnose my PSU ? That I can do at home.
To check if there are any faults on it, because now I will focus on the PSU

If anyone has any other suggestions, anything at all . I would highly appreciate it if anyone would help me out.
Thanks in advance.

I just check the voltages with openhardware monitor and here they are :
Hardware monitor Fintek F71868AD
Voltage 0 3.30 Volts [0xCE] (+3.3V)
Voltage 1 1.38 Volts [0xAD] (CPU VCORE)
Voltage 2 2.99 Volts [0xBB] (VIN2)
Voltage 3 1.41 Volts [0x78] (VIN3)
Voltage 4 5.72 Volts [0x88] (+5V)
Voltage 5 11.97 Volts [0x88] (+12V)
Voltage 6 2.19 Volts [0x89] (VIN6)
Voltage 7 3.28 Volts [0xCD] (VSB3V)
Voltage 8 3.28 Volts [0xCD] (VBAT)

Isnt the 5V a little too high ?
