The build looks decent, plenty of power for csgo, but an AMD Ryzen 5 1600 would be a better option overall. While the i5 7400 has 4 cores 4 threads, the Ryzen 5 1600 has 6 cores and 12 threads. Basically you'd be better off with the Ryzen as it will destroy that i5 in streaming as well as gaming. Not to mention you can easily overclock that Ryzen, whereas the i5 7400 can't be overclocked.

The SSD is a nice option, but if you can't be bothered about loading times, you could take a regular 7200RPM HDD and upgrade that GTX 1050 to a 1050 Ti with the money saved.

As for the RAM, it looks like it's in single channel configuration, you want your RAM in dual channel configuration (2x4GB) as it will hugely improve the build, you will only...

For the mobo, any B350 chipset mobo would do you fine.

Here's a build that I made for you - https://de.pcpartpicker.com/list/K9RkTB
Don't be scared of the price, I just picked to core components I mentioned above and the rest just because. A cheaper case, maybe PSU and you'll be under 800€.

Hope this helps. Good luck!
