I have an Acer aspire R14 laptop. So I was watching movie online then the screen froze. So I hold and pressed the start button to turn it off. After that i tried turning it on, but nothing happens. The charging and power led is not on as well. I couldn't take out the battery as it's an internal battery. Is there any way I can fix it? Thanks

Might be power cord or bad battery. Remove battery first and press 1minute just hold power button and try start again. If it boots without battery only then that is problem. If doesnt work test with another charger and if that doesnt work try another power jack change
I finally found the solution. As my laptop has an internal battery, I can't take it off. However there's a battery reset hole at the back. Here's how to do.
Remove the AC adapter and follow the instructions in the video, leave the laptop to rest for 15-20 mins before starting again.
