Temperature are cooler when I remove the side panel of the case , the case name is omega X1 it's an all glass case
Although removing side panel reduces CPU temps by 8-10 C° and GPU by 5-7C° the system tends to gather dust more than usual

Is this even normal? Why removing side panel should reduce temps ?
Is there anyway the lower the temps and avoid dust at the same time?

One thing about glass is that it doesn't transfer heat as well as metal. That shouldn't be a problem as long as there is enough air circulation running through the system though. I'm not familiar with the exact layout of that case, but it looks like airflow at the front might be limited. If cooling isn't sufficient, you might try adding more fans or adjusting how the existing ones are oriented. But is the cooling even a problem? You mentioned getting lower temps with the side panel off, but didn't mention what hardware you are using, or what temperatures you are getting. If the temperatures are relatively reasonable and nothing is overheating, there may not even be a problem.

As for removing the side panel, it's normal that it...
That case is not a very reputed unit. Your pc is not getting enough cooling for proper thermal dissipation. You need to recheck your thermal and peripheral cooling.
Reapply thermal paste, clean the pc, review your intake and exhausts and add more fans if necessary, check your ambience temps and try to control that if you can.

If those things dont work out, you should switch to a better case.

As for removing the side panel, it's normal that it would reduce temps, as warm air won't build up inside the case. Of course, like you said, things will likely get dusty, and components are more vulnerable to damage when exposed.
