new ryzer 3 2200 and a320m compatability issues

bought the new ryzen 3 2200g and asus prime a320-m-c r2.0 with 8g of ddr4 power supply 350
ever since I installed this hardware either mouse or keyboard freezes using asus keyboard and mouse was using blackweb gaming mouse unable to use mouse and keyboard in 2.0 and 3.0 usb ports on back panel without freezing the screen mouse works okay on front panel but still freezes up once in awhile especially when on facebook or youtube all updates installed and bios running current update for raven ridge cpu
please help

1. Do you have any yellow warning signs in Device Manager?
2. Did you do a clean install of Windows with the new hardware?

Take a closer look at page 1-6 of your manual. It suggest you plug your mouse and keyboard into the USB 2.0 ports on the back of your motherboard.

• USB 3.0 devices can only be used as data storage only.
• Due to the design of AMD AM4 series chipset, all USB devices connected to the USB
2.0 and USB 3.0 ports are controlled by the xHCI controller.

There is also a USB driver update for your motherboard.
