Hello. When I turn on my computer, the fans turn and the lights turn on, but the monitor doesn't recieve any signal. What's going wrong? Is this a motherboard problem?

My specs are
Gigabye Gaming 3 AB350 - AMD Ryzen Desktop 2000 Ready
AMD Ryzen Vega 2200G
Evo Potenzia x2 4GB DDR 4
Thermaltake Smart 500W

Solution
My Gigabye AB-350M Gaming 3 Mobo won't boot with the second 4GB stick of GEIL Potenza RAM in slot 2. Very frustrating. Just waiting for the solution myself. And yes it's at stock 2133. Updated BIOS to f22b via previous 1200 chip.

Your motherboard manual does not specify a slot for 1 stick of RAM.
1. Did you try both sticks individually?
2. Did you clear the CMOS?
3. What do the CPU/VGA/DRAM/BOOT Status LED's in the bottom right corner of your motherboard show when you boot?

I tried both sticks individually.
I cleared the CMOS by taking out the battery, waiting 15 seconds, then inserting it back in.
I don't seem to have the status LED on my motherboard.

Where did you get that information?
That motherboard needs the latest BIOS version to use that processor.
You need to update the BIOS, you will need a supported CPU or you can try a local PC shop
