Dual Monitors, Two Sizes, adjust Display

Dual monitor setup with two different sized monitors. 27" and 22". Monitor 1 is the 22", but Windows is displaying it as the same size as my 27". How do I shrink it down to proportion here without changing the resolution??

Thank you for your reply, woodson75, but I'm not looking to literally shrink down the screen size/resolution. I just want the smaller screen to translate the mouse and image directly between itself and the larger screen, rather than assuming the same top and bottom.
