Bios issue. Help?

I realize that this is a little late, but why did you want to update your BIOS? Updating a BIOS falls into the "If it ain't broke, Don't fix it!" category. You should only update a BIOS to A: correct a known error(will be documented in the release notes for the BIOS), or B: gain additional functionality(such as support for a new CPU). You should never update a BIOS just to have "The latest and Greatest" version.
Second, If you were needing to update the BIOS, I would ONLY use the procedure listed in the Owner's manual, not while running under Windows! You may have to go to Asrock for help.
