I Buy A PC Three Months Ago Having

I3 7100 LGA 1151
Asus GTX 1050Ti
Msi H110M Vh Pro Plus.

But Today I found that PC won't Turn On so I checked My PSU with Paper clip Test Then I Found that My PSU Is Dead Then I Replace It With The New PSU But problem Remain same My PC Was Not Turnings On I check All Cable And wires are Connected

Look, if the PC is still covered by manufacturer's or system-builder's warranty, you should contact them and let them deal with it because it's fairly evident to me that you are not at all comfortable or competent where touching/removing internal computer parts is required, so you might do even more damage if you try to fix it yourself.

If it is not covered by a warranty, then take it to a PC repair shop or get a friend to look at it who knows a thing or two about fixing computers.

But try the warranty route first.

Try starting the board with only CPU and CPU cooler installed. If the CPU cooler does not start, try removing the 4 pin power cable, connecting a case fan and testing again. See if the case fan does spin. Check also the new power supply with the paper clip test.

Sir I Do it But IAM afraid Of Electrostatic Charge Damage my Mobo other Part If I Try To Remove Them. is There Any Way to work With PC components Without Anti static mat Or wrist band Because My house Has No Earthing Wire What should I do now?
