Can I build a PC with the following specs?

Hi, this is my first time asking a question so please point out my mistakes if make any.

I am building a PC for 3d mobile game development and I wanted to know if i'll be able to build it with the following specs (link)-

I thought it would be better to give the link. It's a very cheap but i am not going to use unreal engine or do any heavy rendering. Just wanted to ask if this was enough to make a online FPS shooter game in unity. PS- i'll be buying 2*4gb ram if you're wondering. I already have a monitor etc.

I don't know your budget, but a 710 has a fairly slow memory standard (uses DDR3). I would recommend a 730; or for 1000 - 2000 Rupees more than a 730, a 1030 (slightly more than double the price of the 710).

Just a suggestion, I don't know your budget. The 710 should work, but might not give you a great Unity 5 experience.

Yes i realized that after some research, i am going with gtx 1030. Will this be enough for a smooth experience? And even though i won't be playing it do you think after going with gtx 1030 i'll be able to play gta 5 at medium settings?(asking out of curiosity..want to know how good 1050 is)

Well, I was playing GTA V on a 7770 HD on high settings (low population and vehicle diversity) and got a smooth 59 FPS. The 1030 is a bit better than that. The 1050 is significantly better, near double the performance of the 1030.
