Can i use gtx 1070 with my psu?

I got gtx 1050 2gb and i want a VR i know that gtx 1050 dosent support VR, so i wanted to buy gtx 1070.

My psu is is 240 W, and the gtx 1070 is around 170-180 W.. The thing is i dont want to change my PSU and the reason is that i need to change my entire case to make the psu fit in my case. Im just asking if my psu can run it.

The vanilla 1070 https://www.geforce.co.uk/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gtx-1070/specifications says

Maximum Graphics Card Power (W) 150W

I've no clue exactly which 1070 you have. Offering a complete name or a link helps.

The answer is 100% NO! Don't even try it. You then have the rest of the PC. Let's assume you have a 95W CPU. The CPU and GPU can't even survive with that PSU much less your entire PC.

Dam it... Alright i haft to pick the other way than..
Buy a new case.
Buy new PSU
Buy GTX 1070 :/
