Computer will freeze when i play some games after i installed a new graphics card

I can play games like gmod or rainbow six siege but games like overwatch, dishonored 2 and GTAV completely freeze my computer
I have a GTX Geforce 1050 Ti
Intel(r) Xeon(r) CPU
i've already tried to reinstall the games and the drivers but nothing worked

Intel(r) Xeon(r) CPU E5410 @ 2.33GHz
4 cores, 16 GB RAM,
Microsoft Windows 7 Prifessional Edition service pack 1 (build 7601) 64-bit
And i don't know how to check my power supply

And does the RAM all match?

You have to look at the power supply. The power supply is the most crucial information for any GPU upgrade, so nobody can really answer much without knowing.

How do i check my power supply? i've never done computer things before
EDIT: It says 2336 MHz
