So I just upgraded to Win10 and my upload speeds have TANKED. I used to have around 600 down and 800 up (Verizon FiOS) but now after I upgraded I have good download still but my upload speeds are insanely low. My upload speeds are 0.60 from speedtest.net.
I thought maybe this was a router issue but all other PC's and cell phones are perfectly fine.
I did have an issue with my NIC causing a huge memory leak and eating up all my RAM (Killer e2200) and updated my drivers and the memory leak is fixed but the upload is no good.
