Hello,
so i tried updating my Bios because it's like 3 years old..
when i tried to do it with q-flash there is a message that pops up saying : Oem id mismatch.

Solution
CPU-Z will identify the motherboard make/model/revision as well as the current bios level.

Again, DO NOT update the bios on speculation; you are asking for trouble.
The main reason for updating a H110 bios is to prepare for installing a 7th gen processor upgrade.
BIOS
to access the bios hammer the delete key before system boots up as soon powered on
have a fresh formatted FAT32 USB stick download the bios from motherboard manufacturer only stick the bios you just downloaded on the USB stick recommend at least 2 bios's re-boot press the delete button repeatedly to get into your bios select system then update bios select usb device flash it leave it to do its thing then you should be good with your new bios
if done wrong will brick your motherboard

When i do this, its says : Oem id mismatch after reading the file.

You have likely downloaded an incorrect version of the bios appropriate to your motherboard.
Also, the usb stick needs to be formatted as fat 32.

Past that, I do not advise updating the bios unless the update fixes a problem that is impacting you.
A failed bios update can render your motherboard useless.

My usb stick is formatted as fat 32 and i am pretty sure i have the right version of the bios.
Its says GA-h110m-s2hp when i look at the information in msinfo32.
I downloaded the Bios from here : http://

So is there anyway to update it?

Is this a pre built unit?
Make/model??

If the pc is a prebuilt, go to the support site for the unit and look for driver/bios update files.

I personally believe that "OEM" refers to the manufacturer of the mainboard. If the OEM ID mismatches, it could mean that either the downloaded file is corrupted, the file couldn't be read properly, or you downloaded the wrong BIOS.

@OP: To rule out you got the wrong BIOS, open up you PC and have a look at what model name is printed on the motherboard itself. It should be written on it in white lettering in the area around the socket.
