I'm importing 4k video in mov/mp4 on 64gb transcend sd from my Panasonic GH4 using windows photo gallery and i've been able to import a small amount of footage but, majority of the time i'm getting "the following error occurred while importing ###.MP4: The system annot find the path specified." then i'm forced to format when i put the sd back in my camera and i'm also getting "you need to format the disk in drive E: before you can use it" on my pc. I've formatted a couple of times now i'm still getting the error (i've downloaded the codec pack). Really struggling would appreciate any help

Can you connect the camera to your computer via USB rather than removing the SD card from the camera? If you do remove the SD card from the camera, and open the contents with Windows File Explorer, are all of the video files visible? Can you copy the video files from the SD card to your desktop and then import them into Windows Photo Gallery?
