malwarebytes antimalware scan is always a good first start....
Try Hitman Pro as well....
AdwCleaner by Malwarebytes...
pull up a cmd line, run as admin, 'MRT'
Might want to look at autoruns and see what all is running, if you are familiar with what processes are normal/abnormal...
MS's process explorer is a good tool as well ..........
