under 1.4v
Start with memory overlooking. once you have 3000-3200MHz with CL12-13 proceed to CPU.
Just increase the multiplier with default voltages until it becomes unstable, add a bit of voltage.
repeat until you reach your target or the 1.4v
of course pay attention to CPU temps under load.
