1.45v is way to much.
you should start with overclocking the memory to 3000-3200MHz with CL 12-14 (lower is better). you will probably need to increase the SOC voltage - just stay below 1.15v
once you reached that, start overclocking cores by increasing the multiplier with stock voltage until it becomes unstable. add a bit of voltage and continue until you reach any of the following:
1. your target
2. 1.4v
3. temperature limit.
those are steps for 24/7 overclock that:
will boost performance
will be stable
will not kill (shorten the lifespan) MB or CPU.
If you relying on integrated GPU, overclock it between the memory and cores.
make sure to run a lot of tests for RAM, graphics and CPU.
the process might take a while. from few hours...
