Ok i got board i put in title. And i dont have a clue how to overclock my cpu or apu sinc i have r5 2400g. My cpu runs on stock 1.45v i mean omg and u cant lower the voltage. There is no option to oc vega 11. I used rayzen master and its crap. I want from bios to oc. I got latest bios any guide help how to proper oc r5 2400g on asus rog strix b350 f gaming?

1.45v is way to much.
you should start with overclocking the memory to 3000-3200MHz with CL 12-14 (lower is better). you will probably need to increase the SOC voltage - just stay below 1.15v
once you reached that, start overclocking cores by increasing the multiplier with stock voltage until it becomes unstable. add a bit of voltage and continue until you reach any of the following:
1. your target
2. 1.4v
3. temperature limit.

those are steps for 24/7 overclock that:
will boost performance
will be stable
will not kill (shorten the lifespan) MB or CPU.

If you relying on integrated GPU, overclock it between the memory and cores.

make sure to run a lot of tests for RAM, graphics and CPU.
the process might take a while. from few hours...

Well i menaged to reduce cpu voltage to 1.3 and it's strange u need to put on manual then On OFF set 0.12500 let's say and then runs on 1.3v... For the APU i Turned Turbo Mod extreme and it's overclocked to 1500 mhz from stock 1240... and it's amazing stable... About ram Ram is not on QVL list so it can only run on 2733 Untile bios update.... So far SO good Thanks a lot :D

Well its 1.1v on gpu voltage. As for ram all auto 2733 1.35 volts stable 24h. As for manual if u set above that pc auto restarts...

hynix well is not on qvl zzz i tryed 2933 with 16 18 18 18 38 36 etc

that's way too loose. should be 14 or below.
have you tried to increase voltage ? up to 1.5v it's OK for DDR4. though i'd play with 1.4-1.45v range.

BTW, the QVL does not make your memory run, it just says they tried it and it worked in their MB. The funny thing is that memory controller is integrated to the CPU and there is a difference in memory compatibility/capability not only between different models, but also different samples of the same model. I honestly doubt they test more than with one CPU.
