There is motherboard with 775 socket to have it pci express 16 2.0?
Can you restate that sentence? I think what your asking is are there PCI-E Gen 2 slots on 775, chances are no, LGA 775 is very old and I would advise against using it.
Boards with the B43, P43, P45, G43, G45, Q43, Q45, X38 or X48 chipset should support PCIe 2.0 x16. They are LGA775.

I wouldn't trust wikipedia for that info, I mean you can get a 775 board with PCI-E gen 2 but it would have had to be a high end board back then since from a quick search on newegg I couldn't find a 775 board with 2nd gen PCI-E

It was quicker than looking up and posting links for each one. Here are a couple examples.

Couldn’t say if it was limited to high end boards or not. I know the Foxconn Digital Life ELA I have uses the P45. It wasn’t more than $150 if I recall correctly. It has PCIe 2.0.
