Hello everyone. So I just built my 10th PC, and I've never had issues before until now. I researched for hours and tried so many things to get this thing started. The build is complete, but no signal to the monitor. I cleared CMOS, checked cpu pins, reseated all RAM, tried 1 stick of RAM, checked all wiring 10x over, etc. Here is my build:

ASROCK AB350 Pro4
AMD Ryzen 7 1700
EVGA Supernova 750 PSU
Gigabyte GTX 1050 GPU
XPG SX7000 256GB M.2 PCIe NVMe

Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 DRAM 2666MHz (PC4 21300) C16 Desktop Memory Kit - Black (CMK16GX4M2A2666C16)

Solution
Check the current graphics location setting in the BIOS - - on some ASROCK boards you have to change it from "Integrated" to "PCI Express" manually after installing a PCIe GPU.

Did you try reseating the GPU? If that doesn't fix it you said this is your 10th build so go and grab another GPU you know works and swap it, it might be your GPU was DOA.

True, I had a FoxConn board that I had to do that to as well.
