So my PC wouldn't turn one day and I ordered a new motherboard. The PC turns on now but won't boot to bios.
Parts I know are fine
PSU
Mobo
Gpu
Things i have tried
Resetting cmos
2 sticks of ram
2 different psus
I do not have a motherboard speaker
All of the parts are from my previous PC with a new motherboard. So maybe one of the parts is the problem?
Other things I know
Cables are all plugged in
I know bios isnt booting because my keyboard doesn't light up when I press caps lock so it's not a monitor problem.

MSI a68hm-e33 v2 Mobo
8gb ddr3 hyper x fury ram
AMD x4 860k cpu quad core
Evga 500 w psu
