I have a i7 7700k and z270 Asrock tachi and corsair h110 v2 and I used the ez overclock feature and it over clocked my cpu to 4.6ghz and i ran rog real bench stress test for 15 minutes. according to realtemp 370 my max temp hit 78 and according to rog real bench my cpu hit 80. which temperature is more accurate rog real bench temperature or realtemp 370 ? and do you think I can get better results if I manually overclock my cpu ? I just want to keep it at 4.6ghz and lower my temperature is it possible ?
can i get better resaults overclocking manualy then enabling ez overclock in bios

Quite possibly yes. CPUID is more accurate then either of those. Anyway, programs that do your overclocking for you generally raise the cpu voltage higher then what is need for that overclock. There are plenty of tutorials online that can teach you how to do a manual overclock. The main 2 things to it besides raising the multiplier are setting the LLC and raising the vcore in small increments until you get a stable overclock. Go to YouTube to find and watch some tutorials.
