Games not using gpu fully

Which games are those? How much FPS/GPU usage on each?
Why would you expect that such a good card like the 1060 to be used more than that?
LoL is very light game, even much slower cards can deal with it easily, no point in the 1060 consuming more energy, generating more heat and putting those fans to work louder just to render more frames that problably won't be outputed to your monitor.
But, returning to you doubt, do you have V-Sync on? Did you swap in the 1060 on your system without uninstalling all of your drivers beforehand? What's your monitor resolution and Refresh rate?

Ofc i dont ned more fps, but this also makes me drop beneath 60fps sometimes. In other games too.
When it comes to your questions i do not have vsync on and it is a brand new pc so no old drivers. The screens res is 1080p with 60hz refresh rate
