What happens fan speed set to max??

I have seen cpu fan speed setup on motherboard bios settings also fan speed setup on gpu overclocking utilities

My question is what happens if i set fan speed to highest speed on both cpu and gpu??

Will this make it break?? Or complaints for fan??

If you set it to max speed the fans will run at 100%. This will make more noise and can shorten the life span of the fan. Bearings inside of fans can break and parts fail. So the longer you run something at 100% capacity the more wear and tear you put on the part. For a GPU, I like to top out at about 80% because those coolers are a pain to replace. For a CPU, I run those fans at max cause they are easy to replace.

Some people don't like the noise, so they run their fans slower and have less noise but higher temps. You have to find your happy medium.
