Hi.
So im pretty much new to overclocking, so plz dont jugde me :). I watch few videos about this and gave me idea to overclock my gpu: Gigabyte gtx 960 4gb Windforce GV-N960WF2OC-4GD rev. 1.1. Everything went nice but sometimes i get wierd red spots on few games, sometimes dark lines. Example (not mine footage):

I read comments about artifacts, and they say that i went too far with overclock, or increse core voltage. What should i do?
My changes:

Thanks for any help.

Solution
One simple golden rule of overclocking-
Don't every change voltage unless you know what you are doing!
Anyways,
Always increase Frequency in small amounts usually 10-20mhz not like any maniac and just increase it by 125mhz.Also same goes for the vram.
How to fix it then?-
Return all values to stock and increase core and vram frequency in small amount and make sure they are stable. And don't change the voltage. First learn what happens if voltages are taken lightly. They can easily decrease the life of your graphics card.
