Hey guys! My wife surprised me with the cooler you all recently help me in choosing. However I have an issue.
EDIT: I forgot to say that I do not have the mounting plate. the guy who built my PC did not put it in my box.
In the instructions I am direct to use a back plate that was supposed to come with my Mobo (MSI 970A-643).
Am I misreading the instructions? It is truly needed?
The cooler is a Noctua NH-L12S 70mm low-profile.
